Case Studies from the Field

Real engagements across ed-tech and Industry 4.0 - what we were asked to solve, how we built it, and what changed. Every write-up here follows the same structure: the actual problem, the specific modules we deployed, and results we can stand behind.

Case Studies

We write case studies the way we'd want to read them as a prospective client: specific enough to be useful, honest about what a rollout actually took, and clear about which details are from a named engagement versus a representative pattern. Two of the 7 below are named, verified clients - Babji Foods Industries and Hassans' Optician Co. - and the rest are clearly labeled representative deployments spanning healthcare, energy, financial services, and education, illustrating typical engagements where the client's own confidentiality preferences kept us from naming them. We'd rather publish fewer, honestly-labeled write-ups than pad this page with vague, unverifiable success stories.

Each write-up follows the same structure: the challenge as the client actually experienced it, the specific modules and products we deployed, measurable results, and a deeper look at how the engagement actually unfolded - including the sequencing decisions that mattered.

What We Write About

Every case study maps to one of these areas, so you can find the pattern closest to your own situation before reaching out.

Industry 4.0 Deployments

Shop-floor automation, edge IoT, and predictive maintenance rollouts for manufacturers moving off paper-based tracking.

Custom Product Builds

End-to-end engineering engagements for enterprise clients whose workflows don't fit off-the-shelf software.

School Digitization

ClassOnApp-integrated rollouts across administration, fees, and parent communication for K-12 institutions.

Engineering Practices

How we approach agentic AI, cloud infrastructure, and legacy modernization across every engagement.

If you don't see your exact situation reflected in these four case studies, that's expected - we publish a small, honest set rather than a large volume of thin write-ups. The underlying engineering patterns, described across our product and service pages, generalize well beyond the specific industries shown here.
